We are an Atlanta based, custom Meal Prep Company, focused on using only fresh, NEVER frozen ingredients. Founders Derek Fedo and Jacki Frye have been in the fitness industry since 2009 and during the pandemic, they uncovered a need that would launch a new concept for local, fresh, and prepared meals.
In 2015, Derek opened Total Nutrition Atlanta, a health and wellness supplement store located in Sandy Springs, GA. Over the past 7 years, he has been impacting the local community by helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through his knowledge on supplements, sports nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
Jacki has close to a decade of experience working for a full-service catering company that specialized in using only the freshest ingredients, while providing unique and eclectic menus. She has also competed as a bikini bodybuilding athlete and understands the importance of nutrition and how it effects daily performance in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Finally with her corporate business and sales experience, the "meal prep couple" have combined their knowledge and brought their vision to life.
They developed a consultative approach in building custom meals for each and every customer. Their mission is to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals, fueling the body with nutrients that are key to a healthy and fulfilled life.
